1. All sales are final, except in the event of oversight or error in the process of order fullfillment. Please read the return policy.

2. We accept zero liability for your inability or difficulty in effectively using our apparel. If you crash your plane because your hat was too tight, that’s on you.

3. No warranty for goods, services, or implied value of products and apparel is extended as a term of purchase.

4. We will not sell or share your information provided during checkout, but it may be used for future BackcountryPilot.org communication and marketing.
